chore(branding): use high-res Scalar knot for launcher icon and splash

Regenerate Android launcher icons and splash from a sharper, properly
padded Scalar knot. New source marks (full, maskable, Android 12) are
scaled per slot so the mark fills the icon without being clipped by the
adaptive/circular masks. Regenerated via flutter_launcher_icons and
flutter_native_splash.
